Flirto Child Safety Standards

Flirto is a dating app for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. Flirto is run by Sunil Kumar Saini, trading as Msunjay Enterprises (India).

What is not allowed

• Anyone under 18 using Flirto.
• Any sexual, suggestive or exploitative content involving a minor, including photos, messages and voice notes.
• Grooming, or any attempt to contact, meet or obtain images of a minor.
• Sharing, asking for or linking to CSAM.

How we prevent it

• Everyone gives a date of birth at sign-up. Our server refuses accounts under 18; the app check alone is not relied on.
• Every profile photo is reviewed by a person on our team before other members can see it. Nudity is not allowed.
• Chat is possible only between two adults who have both liked each other, and messages are rate-limited.

How to report

• In the app: on any profile or chat, tap "Report or block" and choose "Under 18", or press and hold a message to report it. Reports are private.

What we do

• Our team reviews child safety reports first, within 24 hours.
• Accounts involved in CSAE are banned at once, their content is removed from the app, and the evidence is kept only as long as needed for the authorities.
• We report CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant authorities, including India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in), and cooperate with law enforcement.
