Delete your Flirto account

In the app (fastest)

• Open Flirto and sign in.
• Open Me (tap your photo at the top right) → Delete my account → Request deletion.

Your profile is hidden straight away.

Without the app

Email sksaini301907@gmail.com from the email address of your Google or Apple sign-in, with the subject "Delete my Flirto account". We will confirm by email.

Delete some data but keep your account

In the app you can remove any of this yourself, straight away:

• Photos: Me → My photos → tap the photo → Remove this photo.
• Location: Me → Location → Remove my saved location.
• Profile text and prompts: Me → Edit profile.
• A conversation: open the chat → options → Unmatch (the other person can no longer see it either).

For anything else, email sksaini301907@gmail.com and tell us what to delete.

What happens

• Straight away: your profile disappears from discovery and your matches can no longer message you.
• Within 30 days: we erase your profile, photos, verification selfie, messages, voice notes, likes and matches, and your sign-in account.
• Safety exception: if your account was banned for breaking our rules, we keep the related information for 90 days after the ban so safety complaints can be investigated, then erase it.
• Reports you filed: kept without your identity, so the other person's case can still be reviewed.
• Purchases: records held by Google Play or the Apple App Store are kept under their own policies. Cancel an active subscription in your Play Store or App Store account; deleting Flirto does not cancel it.
