Terms of Use

Who can use Flirto

You must be 18 or over and allowed to use a dating app where you live. One account per person, in your own name and with your own photos.

Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep that account safe; you are responsible for what is done with your Flirto account. You can turn on two-step sign-in in Me.

What you share

You keep the rights to your photos and words. You let us show them to other members inside Flirto so the app can work. Other members only see a rough distance, never where you are.

Safety and moderation

Photos and photo verification are checked by our team before others see them. You can block, unmatch or report anyone. We review reports within 24 hours and may warn, hide or ban accounts that break the Community Guidelines.

Flirto Gold, Boosts and Super Likes

Paid features are bought through Google Play or the App Store and follow their billing, renewal and refund rules. Cancel a subscription in your store account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in Me → Delete my account. Your profile is hidden at once, and your photos, matches and messages are erased within 30 days. Information needed for an open safety review may be kept until it ends.

No ads, no selling data

Flirto shows no ads and does not sell your information.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in an important way, the app asks you to read them again. Flirto is run by Sunil Kumar Saini, trading as Msunjay Enterprises (a sole proprietorship in India). Questions: sksaini301907@gmail.com.
